Our Holiday house is leased out until October 2009. Our guest house is of modern design incorporatiing a CSIRO active/passive solar heating system. The heat collection and storage may be of interest to prospective home builders. There are no steps and is therefore suitable for wheelchairs. The shower is also wheelchair accessible. 
There is a double bedroom, plus 2 twin rooms and a single bedroom. All bedding, linen and towels are provided. There is an automatic washing machine for your use and the hot water is from a solar system with an electric backup for prolonged cloudy weather. 
| The kitchen and living area is spacious and can accommodate gatherings of up to 25 - 30 people. There is a television, video, DVD and stereo system in this light and sunny area. 
In the kitchen you will find electric cooking facilities, a microwave, fridge and all the utensils and crockery you may require. At the front of the house there an outdoor entertainment area with seating and gas barbecue for your use. Please contact us for more information, or to make a booking. |
